  • 1 cup black beans, cooked
  • 1 & 2/3 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup palm sugar, or light brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  1. Combine black beans and coconut milk in a small to medium sized pan. Set to medium heat.  
  2. Bring to a boil.

  3. Add sugar and salt. Stir. Adjust taste (if desired) by adding more sugar (or more salt).

  4. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 30 minutes.
  5. Serve.
